Relay privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Relay is a personal publishing tool used only by its owner (Edge Room) to post to accounts the owner controls. This page explains what data Relay accesses and what it does with it.

What Relay accesses

How it's used

Only to upload and schedule the owner's own videos, and to check whether each post went out. Relay does not read comments, messages, viewers' data or any other account's data.

Storage

Sign-in tokens are encrypted and stored in a private database controlled by the owner. They are never written to logs. Video files and captions are stored there until they are published or deleted.

Sharing

Relay does not sell, share or transfer any data to anyone, and does not use it for advertising or to train AI models. Data is sent only to the platform it is being published to.

Relay's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be removed at any time by disconnecting the account in Relay, or from the platform's own settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions). Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens.
